It is clear this company is under new management. The response time and customer service has decreased significantly. I sent a message for pick up and my request went unanswered for days. I also encountered a new delivery person who was really rude. She showed up late, dropped my laundry at my door then told me she had to leave. I stood there with a tip and money to pay and she just ran away. Very poor customer service.
After the new owners took over, I have noticed friendly customer service, 48 hours turn around time on dry cleaning and all for reasonable/ competitive market price.
