they operate out of jersey city. the few times i was there, customer base are mainly immigrants; not the best English, easy to deceive. see where I'm going with this? watch out for wenger and his thief of an office assistant/billing secretary name named Roise.
Horrible staff horrible doctors! I took my 4 yr old last year! The doctor Slatzberg charged for cleaning of amount 100.00 from my insurance when my daughter didint even get cleaning as she was scared! He just gave a fluriode treatment and the X-rays he took were useless as when I took them to a proper pediatric dentist she said she needed to take them again! They say they are pediatric dentists but they aren't! They are a bunch of liars ! Made a bill of 290.00 in which 100.00 was of cleaning which was never done. Send my bill to collections on top of it ! The collection office of William alex is as trashy as this office is! Never ever go there!
On Wednesday, October 19th, I went in to have a tooth extracted. Since then, I'm in an extreme amount of pain. I noticed that there is still a fragment of the tooth (that was supposed to be extracted) that was left behind. I called today to schedule an appointment to have the remaining fragment removed. I called and spoke with receptionist Emma. I explained that there is still a fragment of the tooth that was missed and that is causing me a great deal of pain. I explained that I was unsure if this was "normal" or not since I was not even prescribed any antibiotics after the extraction. But, that I needed to be seen soon, as again I am in a lot of pain. Emma responded by saying (with quite the nasty tone may I add) that it would take two weeks to be seen and "Well, you were in the room with the doctor. You should have asked him to give you antibiotics." I was so angry after hearing this, and how rude she was. I explained that it is not my job to tell the doctor what he should and should not be prescribing. He should know what is to be recommended after a procedure as he is THE DOCTOR! I also explained that I cannot wait two weeks to be seen, as they were the ones who were careless enough to leave the tooth fragment, that is causing me so much pain. I asked what their availability was for Monday so, that I can have the rest of the tooth removed. She said "9-6." So, I asked yes, but what times are available. She responded again "9-6." I asked so I can just walk any time between 9-6 and I'll be seen without a problem? Her response was: "No you need an appointment." Unreal. She still had an attitude and instead of letting me know what times were available all she could answer was "9-6." I explained my frustration, as she was rude, and had placed blame on my me, when she then HUNG UP on me. I was irate. I called back immediately and spoke with Rose. Talking with her was like pulling teeth, it took forever for her to help me, she was not willing to answer my questions either. I asked for the previous receptionist's name and Rose "played dumb" and said: "male or female? Did you not get the name when you called?" Trying to give me the run around. No one apologized, for the fact that there was a fragment of the extracted tooth still there, or for the nasty attitude I had to deal with. But, I will be sure to let EVERYONE know what horrible service and care I received here.
They will overcharge you while not filing the claim with the insurance company. only when you call them out on it, will they file the claim. even after that, its another battle to get reimbursed on what is yours.
RACISM AGAINST LATINOS and AFRICAN AMERICANS #Jerseyity #NJ has the most horrible #dental facilities, what I sough today at Davis T DDS & Saltzberg D DMD & Wenger A DMD at 149 Palisade Ave. has no name... went there for a DENTAL SCREENING, they claim they have no idea, they deserve a lawsuit, I will fight for this place to be shutdown... They yell at an elderly AFRICAN AMERICAN because he was demanding a RECEIPT for a $75 dolar fee, the way they threat him, I hear things in the past about the front office, and of the ladies is brand new, and they are ALL BLONDE WHITE 40 to 50 y/o ladies, do I need to say more.... #RACISMS THIS DENTAL OFFICE HAS PROBLEM WITH LATINOS AND AFRICAN AMERICANS, THEY WILL RECEIVE THE ONLINE/SOCIAL MEDIA TREATMENT THEY DESERVE... their "billing dept" is never there, or will get back to you, whenever you call. the lady that handles billing is always there. do no go here. these people are untrustworthy. give a bad name to the profession.
Worst place ever! Do not go here if you value your time. They don't track appointments on a computer they keep it on paper and when you try to check in they don't even know why you are there. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and they put under aesthetic cut a whole in my gum and stopped the whole procedure because they just realized that they didn't have the tools to remove the teeth. Literally put me under anesthetic for no reason and a hole in my gum for nothing.
2017: The worst. they lie, will steal; Front Desk Rosie is the wort type of criminal. These people will rip you off, lie to you, threaten you with frivolous bills. Do not trust these people. while my problems with them were resolved with legal help, they get to continue on, probably cheating more unsuspecting people every day. sad that service providers like this office are out there.
