Too bad that I came back again to see dentist. I never learned my lesson. The system of waiting did NOT improve at all eversince. They always keep apologizing if you complain but no action and improvement done still eversince.... enough is enough now...if there 's Zero star rating then I will score them a deserving Zero. In fairness there's one lady for xray I liked her for being gentle doing her xray job but to sum their system up is totally failed to the bottom....

Literally the absolute worst experience I've ever had in any business, Dentist or other. The place was dirty, the staff were beyond unprofessional, it was also apparent that the staff do not communicate to one another. I booked an appointment, they called me 4 different times, I kept explaining someone new that I already confirmed with another person.
During my appointment, the Dentist (surgeon) had to reprimand the nurses for not doing their job, literally while I was sitting in the chair. I made an appointment for my tooth to be pulled scheduled a few weeks later. I called to confirm after not hearing anything, and the lady in the front desk who answered told me they forgot to write down my appointment. HUH?? Then they called again about 4-5 times to confirm thereafter. Once again I had to keep telling them I already confirmed with all the other people who called. Then I decided to change the date- this is where it gets worse- the lady I spoke to mocked my last name (because its usually a first name). She carried on with a nasty attitude the entire conversation. I was so appalled by her behavior and that right then and there I told her to remove me as a client and she was like "no problem" -click. Of course I never went back. I waited out the rest of my 7 month insurance with my impacted tooth, just to go to a new dentist because of how horrible the experience was.
Absolutely the worst dentist office ever. I have to give 1 star to post the review, otherwise, this place deserve negative stars. The waiting time is 1-2 hours, the receptionists are rude, crazy and ignorant, dirty office, old equipments, no computers ( use papers for everything), super disorganized, rude and disrespectful doctors and staff. They didn't even provide rinse after poking mouth with their fingers, cut the mouth by forcing in a too large baseplate. Stay away for your own good.
