The people that work at the counter think that u own then something no manners to how treat people no skills at all they are rud and unprofessional

They closed the doors at 2:30! Not a single sign or notice that they were closing early for the holiday.

had a court date at 4:30 pm ... Judge didn't show till about 5:15 then as expected proceeded to inform us of our rights (which took another 20 mins NOT EVEN EXAGGERATING!). fine, thank you for informing me of my rights .. but if you know you're gonna talk for so long its only right you respect our time by showing up on time as we did ! ... on a different occasion i call in and wait 20 min listening to the recording saying my wait time will be of 30sec .. SERIOUSLY ?! SO unprofessional its sad!

The hard working people of Hudson county who pay taxes deserve for their government agencies to be open when they say they will be!

These are legalized gangsters, the FBI and the Federal Government should step in and fire and jail everyone, from the people in the violations bureau, to the judges and the prosecutor. I get my license suspended from a ticket from 9 YEARS AGO, with no warning. I called and they said that I had appeared in court on November 5, 2008, and plead guilty to parking in a handicap parking spot in JC. Problem is, that was my father, not me, but the ticket went on my vehicle tag, so it's on me. Fine, I agree. BUT, my father plead NOT GUILTY and won the case because there was no legal handicap parking sign installed in the space to begin with. Cost me $290 to pay these bastards ($250 for the violation + court fees) plus another $100 to the NJMVC to have my license restored. If this isn't racketeering, fraud and a clear cut case of violating the public trust in our institutions and courts, then I don't know what is. An attorney would have cost me $1500 just to retain, and they know this, so I just paid the fine and when I left the building, I gave them the middle finger, maybe the next plane that falls out of the sky falls on them.

Waited 15 minutes on hold for a woman to extremely rudely refuse to give me even the most basic information about my court date. She kept trying to hang up on me, ridiculed my questions, wouldn't answer them, and then acted as though I was the one being aggravating. Ridiculous!
