Highly recommended, trustworthy and reliable taxi service in NJ. I have used this service for JFK and Newark airport many times. Never had to worry for wait time or taxi not on time, ever... Drivers are very professional, courteous, and helpful and don’t make you feel like being just another customer..
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would ! This company is HORRIBLE, there is no phone etiquette, no sense of urgency and a complete waste of time! I don't even know why I bother calling. They said 12 minutes and don't show up until an hour later or the car never comes and they say someone took your ride and make you wait another half hour for a second car

The car showed up covered in rust. The driver didn't even offer to get out of the car to help me with my bags, instead asked if I wanted to put my 2 suitcases in the trunk. He opened it but didn't offer any help. I got in the car and asked if credit was okay - "no honey." He was on the phone with someone the whole time. I will not use this service again.
This is as stupid & rude as you can get. I would give a negative point if I can. Charging for $120 from Grove street to Newark only because it's a snow day; there's actually Uber out there, estimated fare less than $40. When I try to discuss options the guy hanged the phone. That's why I say it's not only rude but also stupid. I am sure that the people giving five stars are actually fake accounts created just by the driver itself. Dishonest, too.
