I've been a customer for years and I have no complaints.. I buy mice biweekly for my snake and sometimes they are out of mice.. I understand because I'm not the only one with a pet snake.. I can go to a different store, but I choose not to.. the manager and workers are very knowledgeable and helpful..
I brought fish from here and all of them died within 72 hours. Not to mention my other fish that were already in my tank. I keep my tank well maintained and have had the same fish for 4 months. One visit here and all my fish die. I'm highly upset and I would advise others not to buy fish from here.
Chain style pet store. Staff is fairly knowledgeable and friendly. I prefer Pet smart because of the assortment of products.
Generally the employees are pretty helpful. However, when I first purchased my tank for my 2 baby ball pythons, apparently they just shoved the most expensive combo packs on the counter instead of showing me the variety of cheaper options. And today is the 2nd time they've been out of stock of live mice. You have regular customers that come every week, and when some stranger comes and wants to purchase all 20 mice, you just let them? And you can't order more until an entire week later, and you have no other options? So now my 2 ball pythons, who have finally been on a weekly schedule for about 2 full months, have to miss a feeding and possibly go off schedule again. Irresponsible stocking and ordering! Not everyone can drive to further pet stores for mice and not everyone has their entire Saturday free! Seriously, how can you let something go out of stock for an entire week?
