Views to NYC are great and the place is great for pictures. If you walk up a bit you'll see Lady liberty (statue of liberty) up close and you'll be able to see some of the old railroad cars.
One of the best places to visit while you are in New York/ New Jersey area. Great spot to spend time with family and friends. Offers one of the best views of New York skyline. Lush green and clean atmosphere. The club and restaurant here offers snacks and coffee which is great to have while visiting this place. I would highly recommend all tourists to pay a visit here.
The park is large and there are several places to park in different areas.
It was my first time ever go the park. I wish there were a few more signs directing you to so things like the playground and stuff. But overall it was easy to get in and park. The views were beautiful and everyone had a great time.

Not a lot of trees as I expected but open space for sure and great scenery.
Absolutely beautiful Park great place whether you're single couple families or large groups there's plenty to do here. The history is rich and very interesting. Many facilities to accommodate whatever you would like to do. Glad to say that this is a well-preserved park. Easy access friendly staff and ample parking. Facilities are very clean and well-groomed.

Is it a long travel, but at the end of the day it's really worth it. Even if you see it from Jew Jersey side it's still visible and you can take great photos. Nice day at the park while also sight seeing. My fiance came from upstate and she wanted to see the Statue of Liberty and we were able to. Really quiet and a good place to think.
I'd suggest park all the way to the end at the railroad station and the 9/11 monunent.
