I First began working out in retro about a year and half ago before i became. It's such an awesome environment with amazing staff and retro members. I come in to workout twice a day because its full of motivation and keeps me going! They offer the best shakes and love to switch it up. Retro welcomes everyone with open arms and if your contemplating joining, don't! Just do it!!!
Terrible customer service. Horrendous cancellation policy. Do not waste your money on this sub par gym!
Poor customer service. Horrible cancellation policy I only went there for two months and I moved to another state that don’t have retro fitness, I still paid to the end. Finally when my contract finished, I called to cancel it but they said I can’t .they renew it without my consent and when I try to cancel they said I owe them some money. please Do not waste your money
Had very bad experience with them,
physical issue that's why I cannot continue to my membership I like to cancel. By the way I look at the review business consumer it's really bad. even I have health issue doctor and hospital paperwork but still they are forcing me to pay entire year membership cost $400 to $500 Bill. also they send me to the collection.
I have been attending this gym for 3 years now i never had a problem I have recommended 5 of my family member to go to this gym and they joined it was a young man that kept this this gym clean every time I went he was cleaning but recently I have been going to the gym i haven't been seeing this young man and the gym have been disgusting it paper towel in the treadmills and the lil smoothie cups all over machines the class room is a complete mess everything is all over the place I am about to cancel my membership and tell my family to do the same
