My family and I have been ordering flowers from Rosebud for many years, and they have always provided us with exceptional services. Their arrangements are always beautiful and creative. We have used them for various occasions, including my daughter's16th birthday party, my sons' weddings, and my husband's funeral.
Horrible delivery experience. Woman knocked on our door, my wife who gave birth 4 days ago answered within 10 seconds & she had already left. Delivery woman then accidentally butt dialed my wife and we could hear her complaining to someone that my wife took so long to answer the door... Who does that about a woman that just gave birth??? Avoid this terrible place
Went here last minute for flowers for a funeral service and paid $165. I delivered my own flowers because she didn't have anyone to do it for me and I set it up at the funeral home. It was set up and displayed beautiful.But at the funeral service the flowers were not shown because the stand that held the flowers broke and the flowers came apart. And the end of the service I walked out with a garbage bag full of flowers. Went to the owner and I didn't ask for a refund just went to show her the pics and asked if she can call the funeral home to get more information. She had no courtesy and didn't apologize at all and immediately called her lawyer.
