Specifically asked if it were open before driving there, the lady manning the phones said, yes. Drove there 30 minutes later to be rudely told it was closed for the day.
If you want to waste your money going here go right ahead. I would paid a little more for some real detail and cleaning because these people are just something else
Great place for a quick and cheap car wash.
I picked this place because it has reasonable rates. This was my second visit. They clean good, but they dry bad, leaving streaks everywhere using wet towels, not drying doors, trunk and when you ask someone to do it, the lady tells me "Its not what we do, we did what we can with your and we are not wiping it anymore." This rude behavior is why I will not suggest to pick anything more #1 as its just $6.95. I paid for #6 and got worst service. The guy who is conditioning leather, is leaving stains all over the doors. If you own a BLACK car, those stains will SHINE. OWNERS tell your staff to that it is going to take LONGER if someone is paying for #6. Teach them some MANNERS and how to behave with paying customers which contribute to their SALARY. I don't like doing this but your staff needs to start doing better service else reviews like these will keep piling up
Got my care detailed and absolutely loved it ...dominican guy that does the detail can get 99% of any scratch out saved me a lot of money when I was returning my lease car back..give him a nice tip...
