Mr. Garrison Butler the asst. manager deserves a special call out for being such a gentle man and being so friendly and customer oriented. No exaggeration to say that I even took him as inpiration on how I should be to my own clients. Awesome experience over all. I highly recommend them.

When I first went to the location, one of the guys informed me that since I had an Out of State Driver's License that I needed to bring proof of residence. After he named a few documents the would suffice, I went home and grab my paystubs. I came back and his fellow colleague assisted me in renting the car. Since then, I have gone back and have not had a problem renting a car and the customer service has been great. Although I try to remember people's name, it has not been easy with this location. Only because I don't rent a car often. Overall, I would go back and recommend this location to both my friends and family.

I would have given a five stars to this location if it was only based on my interactions with Brandonn and Derrick who were very professional and took every steps necessary to resolve the issue I had in picking up dropping off my rental car, however the Assistant manager Garrison Butler was not helpful at all. He was very dismissive of my concerns and not a customer oriented person. Overall very bad experience.
