I recently had the privilege of purchasing a new vehicle from East Coast Auto Group. The entire transaction was smooth and easy. I got a fantastic deal on my vehicle. In addition the owner and GM did an amazing job getting a great finance rate very quickly. I have purchased 20 cars prior to this. I would rate this is my best car buying experience. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Deans executive assistant Jessica was fantastic and she made sure that the entire deal was handled flawlessly and up to East Coast standards. If you need a vehicle, new or used, don’t walk but run to East Coast, you will be satisfied for sure.
I had to wait like 30 mins to get some assistance because all the salesmen were busy with other customers and that made me a little impatient. But the owner came out his office to greet me and to apologize for the wait. After all that, everything went real smooth. The car I went to see was already parked outside on display. I did a quick walk around with Luis and he answered all my questions. It didn't take too long for me to get approved and better yet, Dean (the owner) gave me a breakdown of everything I was signing. These guys are real professionals. I highly recommend this dealership.
Wow! This place is Amazing!! I’m truly in love with my infinti. I came to east coast with a particular car in mind. As soon as I walk in I felt super welcomed and comfortable. Chris was my salesman and he is awesome. He made my buying process so easy . He was so helpful. He educated me about how financing works. Chris didn’t just want to sell me a car he wanted to help buy a car. He actually cared. My experience at other dealerships was nothing compared to my experience here at East Coast. I will always think of salesman as Sharks always ready to attack. But, with Chris he wasn’t like that. I recommend Chris to everyone, he will make your buying process run smoothly. Brought a bmw 550i Russ and Paul the guys to deal with and store manager was cool to. Good condition cars honest dealership I’m happy with this dealership they deff changed my perspective on how I think about dealerships they are good dealers out here if you just look. Recommend this place.
