The places is too small and the only day that I can come which is Saturday the bank is full of people they need more help
Shame on you Bank of America for being so freaking slow. It takes more than 30 minutes because of 1 teller. Other banks such as Chase or Provident are faster, quicker, and better. Plus the tellers look dead for probably working overtime.
I would personally say that i received a VIP treatment from them. It was this lady named GLORIA. She greeted us with a smile and ahe was so helpful for us. Me and my wife went 10 mins before their closing time. But this lovely lady stretched her time for us and helpedua opening the bank accounts instantly. I dont know, in case if i would have been in her place i would have declined to attend the customer. But she was very kind with us. Not only with us but with every other customer she is behaving the same way. So kind and affection.
Worst banking experience ever!!! If I could give no stars I would of. Everyday their is only 1 teller, so you gotta stand on line for anywhere from 30-50 minutes. Who wants to do that? Management needs to be changed, I came here 2 years ago and haven't been here since,and nothing has changed! How can you have all these people just standing their waiting to give you our business. This bank is ridiculous. I'm gonna change our company account to a different bank!
This branch is complete the WORST !! I went to the branch to do a transfer from ,my BOA account to my other account in a different bank . the request is strange and i was not sure if they would do it so i called the customer service just to make sure they do this . i was told yes and it would be easier if i went into the branch to do this . when i got there the line was short there was only 2 people ahead of me and only 1 teller i knew i would be in for a wait , the wait lasted 21 min. and this is after a 2nd teller opened up . finally getting to see the teller i explained what i was there for i had all the account numbers , the teller takes my info begins the process. then tells me " im sorry the bank does not do this " i explained i called customer service to make sure that this can be done and i was assured it can and will be done , now its been 34 min i wasted only to be told no . please get rid of these people or can you guys send in a secret shopper just to see the poor service this branch gives !
